Yup. As I said in my post above...


...I tend to fall somewhere in the middle.

This isn't limited to coaching. Say you have a job opening and interview 10 people, 9 of those people are likely to disagree with your decision. Just simple human nature. It's extremely unlikely that all 100+ people on a football team are going to agree on everything.
